A door (12), and particularly a door for a vehicle, which door can be made to pivot about two separate axis. The door (12) is provided with first and second sets of hinge assemblies (10) comprising releasable hinge pins (22) and seating receptacles (34) for lodging the hinge pins (22). Each set of hinge pins (22) define one axis. Release of one set of hinge pins (22) causes the door (12) to be pivotable about the axis of the other set of hinge pins (22).
