A method relating to civil engineering works and particularly underground construction works comprises the stable erection of at least one section of a tri-dimensional monolithic metal framework (1), projecting in a confined way on said framework (1) a quick setting and hardening concrete (102), starting with the bottom portions of the section and going upwards to the upper portions in order to form progressively, and without loss of stability, a self-supporting structure having a thin wall and a substantially uniform thickness wherein said framework (1) is at least partially embedded.
