Compounds of formula (I): in which: - R1, R'1 and R2 are chosen, independently of one another, from hydrogen and an alkyl radical, the two R2 groups being in the "cis" position with respect to the rings, - and R, R3, R4, R5, R6, R7, R8, R9, R10, R' a and R'b are as defined in the description. These compounds find their application in therapeutics in the treatment of insulin-resistant diabetes, cardiovascular diseases and insulinomas.
