PURPOSE:To obtain an inexpensive device which performs recording of high quality by providing a digital recording head and an analog recording head to a carriage. CONSTITUTION:A printing head 48 and a recording pen (analog recording head) 50 are mounted rotatably via shafts 52, 54 to a pen carriage 50, and the printing part 56 of the head 48 and the pen tip 58 of the pen 50 are pressed independently to recording paper 34, by means of springs 60, 62, by which recording can be made. On the other hand, the head 48 and the pen 50 are normally held spaced from the paper 34 by means of up-bars 64, 66, levers 68, 70 and springs 72, 74. Electromagnets 76, 79 pull the lever 68 or 70 by the electric signal, by which recording is accomplished. The pen 50 makes analog recording by the operation similar to that of an automatic self-balancing instrument by the analog input, and the head 48 makes printing via a control circuit by the digital input signal. Thereby, the recording of high quality is accomplished with the inexpensive device. |
