The appts. comprises a battery power source (1) and a first voltage comparing portion (1) which compares a voltage level of the battery with a motor-driving minimum reference voltage to thereby supply an output of it to a microcomputer (10); a second voltage comparing portion (3) comparing the voltage level of the battery with a minimum reference voltage which drives a gas sensing portion (4), thereby to supply an output of it to the microcomputer; the gas sensing portion sensing whether or not there is any gas leakage and inputs a gas leakage signal to the microcomputer; an intruder sensing portion (5) inputting an intruder sensing signal to the microcomputer; a fire sensing portion (6) inputting a fire sensing signal to the microcomputer; a motor driving portion (7) driving the motor and a buzzer (8) serving as a warning to send out a warning sound in response to a control of the microcomputer when at least one of the above sensing portions senses an abnormal condition.
