<p>Method for the preparation of polyaminoacids, with controlled molecular weights, by polymerization of the N-carboxyanhydrides (NCA) of at least one amino acid, using at least one strong base initiator in a liquid medium. The invention is characterized in that given quantities of water and/or alcohol are included in the reactional liquid medium. Application in the synthesis of polyaminoacids having mechanical and rheological properties for use in applications as biomaterials.</p> |
