<p>A decentralized telegraphic message processing system which processes telegraphic messages inputted from a terminal device (3a), etc., through a communication network (2) by a plurality of telegraphic message processing devices (1a and 1b) and updates shared information in a storing section (data bases) (14) based on the processed results of the messages. The processing devices (1a and 1b) are provided with their respective autonomous telegraphic message guaranteeing means (16). If an abnormal shutdown occurs during data updating in the processing device, the corresponding means (16) removes the cause of abnormality and completes the updating operation, so that contradictions between the data bases can be prevented. Therefore, the data base updating process can be guaranteed against inputted telegraphic messages.</p> |
