Process for the direct processing of waste products of thermoplastics to form semifinished or finished products

The process serves for the more cost-effective and environmentally acceptable reprocessing of waste thermoplastics. By dispensing to a great extent with comminution, in particular grinding of the waste products, and direct processing of the reprocessed polymer melt to form products with defined requirements, energy consumption, reprocessing costs and environmental pollution can be reduced. The process is of a modular design and can be varied according to the field of application. Taking into consideration the requirements for the final product, the other process modules which are needed for the required quality of the secondary plastic are selected. Cleaning of this shredded material is not absolutely necessary, since impurities can be incorporated into the material.
