PURPOSE:To allow a transmitter at a terminal to retransmit a monitoring state by optionally generating the wire disconnection state of a communication line through the operation of an operator at the center of a remote monitoring system for fire sensing, invasion sensing, etc. CONSTITUTION:When a signals S1-Sn from a fire sensor, an invasion sensor, etc., are inputted to an alarm transmission part 101, they are detected at a part 201 and the detection results are stored in a part 202. A control part 203, once monitoring the conditions of the storage part 202 to detects a sensor operating, stars a transmission relay T to transmit the sensor operation information to a center receiver 102 through circuits l1 and l2, and a wire disconnection detection relay W is operated to close the contact. In the receiver 102, a receiving relay R operates to discriminate the received signal at a part 301 by the contact (r), and the result is stored in a part 302. A control part 303 when the storage contents vary displays that on a display part 305. Once an operator confirms the display, the control part 303 sends a command to a wire disconnection control part 304, and consequently a relay X is driven for a certain time and then reset.
