PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of excessive load to data processing even much significant information is generated by providing the equipment with an input data adding mechanism, a status change counter for counting up the status change of input data and a timer counter. CONSTITUTION:The 1st stage and 2nd stage transfer filters 25, 26 are arranged in a storage part 21 in a monitoring transmission equipment 13. In case of storing input data 12 in the file 25, unchanged data are canceled 24 without storing them and changed data ape stored as they are when untransferred data do not exist, or when the untransferred data exist, data are added to the untransferred data to suppress the data valume to a fixed value. On the other hand, the status change counter for counting up the status change of the data 12 and the timer counter are connected in order to suppress the transfer volume of data from the file 25 to the file 26. The sampling second interval of data stored in the file 25 is controlled in accordance with the size of a function value using the status change per unit time as an independent variable. |
