PURPOSE:To stabilize operation, and reduce electric power consumption by forming at least a part of an insulating layer formed in a part where electrodes or wirings cross each other out of a porous dielectric whose porosity is specified. CONSTITUTION:Porosity of a porous dielectric is set in 20 to 70%, and when it is smaller than 20%, since an electrostatic capacity reducing effect is reduced, preferably, it is set not less than 40%. A dielectric partiton wall is created by multilayer printing by using a dielectric composition shown as follows. That is, a liquid vehicle is formed as a vehicle obtained by dissolving ethyl cellulose of 10 weight% into butyl carbethol acetate, and powder is composed of SiO2- PbO-B2O3-Al2O3 type low melting point class having an average particle diameter of 4mum, an Al2O3 filler having an average particle diameter of 0.3mum and a high melting point glass balloon mainly composed of SiO2. An average particle diameter of such partition wall is set in 10mum, and the wall thickness is set in 1mum. Thereby, a closed pore having an average diameter of 8mum is generated, and a volume ratio of the low melting point glass to the filler is set in 9:1. |
