PURPOSE:To provide an optical information recording medium capable of executing high-density recording in land and groove recording with high accuracy and an optical disk driving device. CONSTITUTION:Land parts 2 and groove parts 3 are formed on the disk surface of the optical information recording medium 1 by inscribing tracks on this surface. Information is recorded and reproduced to and from both regions of the land parts 2 and the groove parts 3. The land parts 2 and the groove parts 3 are arranged by aligning the positions of data area start addresses 7, 8 of these parts to the position of either one of the inner peripheral side or outer peripheral side of the disk surface.
