The present invention describes a unit for metering and dispensing liquid and/or pasty products, particularly food products, of the type having at least one metering device (1), as well as a dispensing nozzle (3) equipped with at least one ejection channel (33). For the same nozzle (3), it comprises a second metering device (2) including the same component elements (7, 13, 15) as the first metering device (1) and the metering chamber (13) of which is connected to a second source (19) of product, the nozzle body (32) comprising, in addition to the first ejection channel (33) connected to the metering chamber (12) of the first metering device (1), at least one set of additional ejection channels (36), in which all the channels emerge on the lower face of the nozzle body (32) and, at their upper end, are connected to the exit of the metering chamber (13) of the second metering device (2), a second discharge valve (37) being interposed between the second metering device (2) and the set of additional ejection channels (36). <IMAGE>
