PURPOSE:To obtain an ink compsn. which is water-sol. and dispenses with a solvent unfavorable for the global environment by compounding a specific epoxy resin deriv. with a photopolymn. initiator and a coloring pigment. CONSTITUTION:An ink compsn. is prepd. by compounding 100 pts.wt. epoxy resin deriv. having 0.3-10mol (based on 1kg of the resin) of polymerizable unsatd. groups and 0.1-3mol (based on 1kg of the resin) of aprotic onium salt groups of formula I (wherein R1 is H, hydroxyl, alkoxy, ester, or a 1-8C hydrocarbon group optionally substd. by halogen; -W<+> is a group of formula II or III; Z is N or P; Y is S; and R2, R3, and R4 are each a 1-14C org. group provided R2 and R3 may combine or R2, R3, and R4 may combine with each other to form a heterocycle together with N, P, or S to which they are bonded) with 0.2-30 pts.wt. photopolymn. initiator and 0.05-90 pts.wt. coloring pigment. The compsn. is applied to a substrate and irradiated with an active energy ray with an intensity of 300-2,000mJ/cm<2> to give a cured film. |
