<p>PURPOSE:To provide a blend mixer capable of hygienically stirring food and of saving the stirring work without breaking the surface skins, etc., of the food in a process for producing the food such pickles or malted rice miso. CONSTITUTION:The blend mixer for food is characterized by supporting a holding frame 5 with a pair of support columns 3 set up on a base plate 2 so as to be inclinable in the vertical surface, projecting plural elastic plastic- made, round-angular stirring blades 30 on the bottom surface and the inner peripheral surface of a round-bottomed cylindrical container 19, supporting a rotation shaft 20 vertically attached to the center of the lower surface of the cylindrical container 19 with a thrust bearing 12 disposed at the center of the bottom of the holding frame 5, linking a speed reducer-having main motor 14 disposed in the holding frame 5 to the rotation shaft 20, and disposing plural rollers 23, 25 on the holding frame 5, the rollers being used for rotatably supporting the cylindrical container 19 in contact with the outer peripheral surface of the cylindrical container 19.</p> |
