PURPOSE:To make internal pressure approximately equal to atmospheric pressure by placing a movable bar material to the inside of a cylinder having an air inlet hole in a movable manner to mount it to double glazing, and maintaining the inside of the double glazing for forming a sealed space in an airtight state. CONSTITUTION:Two or more panes of glass 1 are arranged on the peripheral edge through a spacer at intervals, and the periphery is sealed with sealant to form a sealed space of the spacer and glass 1. After that, internal pressure automatic controllers 4 are mounted to inside and outside through-holes connecting the sealed space to at least one place of double glazing. In wintertime, working environmental temperature is lower than manufacturing environmental temperature, an air-layer in the double glazing 7 is contracted to decrease internal pressure, and air is introduced in a cylinder. Then, a movable bar material is moved in the opposite direction to an air inlet hole to supply the air in the cylinder to the inside of the double glazing 7. In summertime, the air layer in the double glazing 7 is expanded, and air is exhausted from the air inlet hole to the outside of the cylinder to take the air in the double glazing into the cylinder. |
