<p>PURPOSE:To facilitate the take-out of a sheet by moving a bin having the waiting bin space corresponding to the maximum number of sheets to be stored from the home position to the sheet storing position to be stored, increasing the bin space and moving the bin to the take-out position, returning the space to the waiting bin space by the input of the return signal after taking-out, and returning the bin to the home position. CONSTITUTION:Bins 30 which are adjacent to each other and movable are provided on a sorter 10. Each space of each bin 30 is kept to the waiting bin space L1 and each bin is made on standby at the home position. The bins 30 are moved to a arrangement port 20a by a bin moving means 50 to store the sheet. The space between the bins 30 is set to the taking-out space L3 larger than the waiting bin space L1. After the sheet is taken out, the return signal to the home position is received, the bin space is returned from the taking-out space L3 to the waiting bin space L1, and the bin is moved to the home position. The bin space L2 at the storing position may be one to satisfy the inequality L2>L3>L1.</p> |
