<p>PURPOSE:To enable a punch that makes filing holes in copying-paper on which an image has been created by a copying machine to make the holes with accuracy by moving a punch unit at the same rate as the rate of feed of the copying-paper, and utilizing the opposite crank movements of first and second operating plates to make the holes. CONSTITUTION:Copying paper 2 on which an image has been created by a copying machine main body is fed by a paper feeding roller 20 located in a punch unit 1. When a sensor 8 detects the rear end of the copying paper 2, a control circuit 9 drives a pulse motor 7 in accordance with the feed rate of the copying paper 2, and a first operating plate 3 and a second operating plate 11 which is driven via gear wheels 14-17, etc., are forced into synchronous crank movements. The copying paper 2 is punched by collaboration of a punch pin 4 provided on the first operating plate 3 with a punch pin hole 11 provided in the second operating plate 11. In this case, the operating plates 3, 11 move a fixed distance with the punch pin 4 inserted in the punch pin hole 11A, so the punch pin 4 is extracted smoothly thereafter.</p> |
