PURPOSE:To achieve further cooling efficiency by a method wherein air from a vortex tube is heat changed with air in a heat exchange duct by means of a heat exchanger while air from a space to be conditioned is heat exchanged with air in the vortex tube to be discharged outside. CONSTITUTION:An air suction port 14 and an air diffuser 16 are formed on a wall surface 10 of a control disc and a heat exchanger 22 is interposed in a heat exchange duct 20 so arranged to connect the ports communicating and a chilled air takeoff port of a vortex tube 24 is connected to the heat exchanger 22 through a piping 45. In the heat exchanger 22, air conditioned flowing through a heat exchange duct 20 is heat exchanged with chilled air from the vortex tube 24 and the chilled air dehumidified is reintroduced into a panel from the air diffuser 16. A heat exchange chamber 39 is formed on the hot side of the vortex tube 24 and air from the inside of the panel is introduced into the heat exchange chamber 39 to be subjected to a heat exchange on the hot side. The air subjected to the heat exchange from the vortex tube 24 is introduced into the panel from a muffler 47. |
