<p>PURPOSE:To provide a ceramics sintered body with a number of continual thin holes and electric conductivity and use the body as a filter element for filtering particulates. CONSTITUTION:A number of urethane fibers 1 having a prescribed wire diameter are bound, arranging the cut parts, and formed to a rectangular collected body 10, which is pressed from both the sides in the longitudinal direction, and formed to a compressed body 11, and accommodated into a container 2. A ceramics slurry 22 which possesses electric conductivity is poured into the container 2, and a sintered body is formed through baking. Through this baking, the urethane fibers inside are baked, and from the continuous fine holes, and a porous ceramics sintered body can be obtained.</p> |
