摘要 Conventional systems for the production of large quantities of warm water are composed of a plurality of small collectors, resulting in considerable pipework and assembly expenditure. For each working-temperature region, different collector designs are used. The conventional collector systems are run only in one mode of operation. The modular construction of the newly developed, large-area foil storage collector offers the possibility of realising the most diverse collector variants without altering the substructure. The collectors can thus be adapted very simply to the available area and the particular application without the need for a new design and, in addition, reduce the pipework expenditure to a minimum owing to the configuration of the primary circuit. The long foil collectors can be constructed both as storage collector and as massless collector which reacts very rapidly to the change in the insolation conditions. It is possible to realise a combination of massless collector with a collector having an integrated accumulator just as simply and cost-effectively as the combination of inclined and horizontally aligned collector systems. As a result, the use of this collector system both in the low-temperature range < 50 DEG C and in the medium temperature range < 95 DEG C is possible.
