Valve gear of an internal combustion engine

An internal combustion engine has at least two inlet valves per cylinder, the lifting curve of which is adjustable differently from one another. The adjustment is performed by means of an eccentric shaft, which displaces the point of support of a transmission element situated between each cam and each valve, the two eccentrics assigned to a cylinder being of different geometry. The transmission element is formed by a rocker arm supported on the eccentric and operated by the cam, which rocker arm in turn acts on a valve lever. The respective contact surfaces are formed by rollers. This is an additional application to patent application P 4223173.6.
