PURPOSE:To obtain a bean curd cutting device capable of cutting a large molded bean curd into a square rod shaped bean curd in a small space and transporting the square rod shaped bean curd after cutting and separating, and further capable of cutting into a unit of smaller piece in a water tank. CONSTITUTION:A molded bean curd 11 is pushed forward from the upper part of a guide plate 20 by a movable bean curd pushing plate 19c, kept on a lifting stand 25 and fixed its position by contacting its head to a backplate 42a. A cutter 21 set between the guide plate 20 and the movable lifting stand 25 is moved in a direction across the guide plate 20, the head part of the molded bean curd 11 is cut in a square rod shape and the square rod shaped bean curd 11a is lifted upwards above the molded bean curd 11. The square rod shaped bean curd 11a cut on the lifting stand 25 is lifted to separate three- dimensionally from the remaining molded bean curd 11, then the square rod shaped bean curd 11a is pushed forward and can be cut into a unit of smaller piece of bean curd 11b in a water tank 10. |
