<p>PURPOSE:To provide an information offering device and a device thereof by which even a visual handicapped person can easily ascertain existence of desired information and understand the content easily and correctly. CONSTITUTION:A computer 4 has access to a data file containing a master file and an index file and outputs the content. In addition to the output of a display device, for the sake of a visual handicapped person, items displayed by voice on the initial menu screen of the display device 8 are output in order by voice. The character lines of respective items displayed of the intial menu screen are read in order from the upper line. For example, when '01 tooth paste' is read, the shade of characters on the screen is inverted. Hereby which visual part is pronounced can be understood.</p> |
