PURPOSE:To shorten the processing time of a required document by immediately developing a document to a printing image in parallel with menu processing when the document exists in a document storing part at the time of accessing a menu. CONSTITUTION:Data transmitted from an input control part 2 to a processing indicating part 3 are checked, and when document editing processing is in execution and inputted data are a character string, the data are stored in a document storing part 8 through an editing processing part 4. Then whether or not a document exists in the storing part 8 is judged, and at the time of judging its existence, a document printing processing part 7 is commanded so as to develop the document stored in the storing part 8 to a printing image and a menu is displayed. The input of input data is waited through the control part 2, and when the data are inputted, a selected menu item is checked, processing is transferred to the processing part 7, which outputs printing image data to a printer device 15 through a printing control part 14 to print out the data. |
