PURPOSE:To improve the responsiveness of gas pressure control and improve the stability by re-setting the integration value at the same time that the gas pressure of a gas tank reaches the gas pressure command value. CONSTITUTION:A pressure comparing means 12 compares a command signal PO from a pressure command means 11 with a detecting signal PS from a pressure sensor 2 which detects gas pressure in a discharge tube 5 and outputs a differential signal D corresponding to the difference to an integrating means 14, proportionally calculating means 15 and an integration control means 13. The integration control means 13 outputs a prescribed signal SO (integration value re-setting signal) to the integrating means 14 based on the differential signal when the detecting gas pressure PS in the discharge tube 5 reaches the gas pressure command value PO. The integration value of the integrating means 14 is re-set by the prescribed signal SO. Thus, only the steady condition is to be controlled after the re-set, regardless of the conditions of the previous speed deviation. |
