PURPOSE:To suppress occurrence size-error caused by press, in green sheet thermal press-fixing in desired numbers of sheets, by employing both high-fre quency heating and heating with a hot plate. CONSTITUTION:A desired number of ceramics green sheets 1, having CuO electrodes 2, are put in a die 3, and then, while multiple ceramics green sheets 1 are, by high-frequency heating and with a press hot plate, heated, pressurized by a press part 6. Under such thermal press-fixing conditions as 40MHz, hot plate temperature 80 deg.C, 50kg/cm<2> and 10 seconds, a ceramics laminated body is formed, and here, since the CuO electrode 2 is an oxide, high-frequency heating is available. Therefore, the resulting temperature distribution due to high-frequency heating and hot-plate heating becomes uniform in the direction of cross section of laminated green sheets, with the result of easier thermal press-fixing of ceramics green sheets, for press-expansion and variation in size to be suppressed. |
