PURPOSE:To enable quick attaching and detaching of a reel to a fishing rod preventing the damage of the connecting part of a sleeve, by restricting the rotating range of a clamping sleeve to about 180 deg.. CONSTITUTION:The centers 11a, 11b of the attaching hole 2 of a reel-attaching sleeve 1 and the attaching hole 6 of a clamping sleeve 5 are aligned with each other and a fishing rod 17 is inserted into the sleeves. A tip end of a supporting base 3 of a reel along the outer side face of the fishing rod 17 is fitted to a recess 4 of the sleeve 1 and the sleeve 5 is turned about 180 deg. in right direction to deviate the axis 11b of the attaching hole 6 from the center of the rod. The anti-slip rubber 18 of the attaching hole 2 and the inner wall face of the attaching hole 6 opposite to the rubber are pressed against the fishing rod 17 and the locked state is stabilized by rotating the sleeve 5 in right direction until the hooking protrusions 12, 13 are brought into collision with each other.
