PURPOSE:To reduce the amount of outside air taken in considerably while maintaining the oxygen concentration in the room air at a preliminarily set value so as not to waste energy and through resultant great improvement in heat efficiency to enable stepping up energy saving. CONSTITUTION:An oxygen sensor 6 measures the oxygen concentration in a room 8. When this concentration declines below a preliminarily set value, an oxygen concentration regulator 21 in an oxygen feeder 7 detects the decline and by controlling a solenoid valve 22 discharges oxygen stored in an oxygen bomb 20 into a box 24 and raises the oxygen concentration in the room 8. |
