<p>PURPOSE:To increase rigidity for all external forces by bonding or welding or soldering a wire to be inclined to the vertical direction, in the case of wiring between I/O terminals and internal elements and wiring between the internal elements. CONSTITUTION:The internal circuit of a DIG igniter consists of a switching semiconductor, a circuit board 3 for control, a mold housing 5, a heat sink 4, etc. A terminal 2 is used for input and output of the outside, and the internal wiring is formed by using a conductive wire 1. When wiring dimension has no margin in the shape, the aluminum wire 1 is raptured by thermal stress, so that the aluminum wire 1 is inclined at 30 deg. or more to the vertical direction, in order to reduce functional influence of external force in a specified direction. Thereby a top part is restrained to be low in the height direction, so that rigidity can be equally improved for vibration in all directions.</p> |
