<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a guide device for tape running capable of simplifying or eliminating the height adjusting work of the magnetic tape. CONSTITUTION:The magnetic tape T is wound around four tape guide members such as a rotating roller 2 at the incoming side, an inclined guide 3 at the incoming side, a rotating roller 5 at the outgoing side and an inclined guide 6 at the outgoing side, then guided to a cylinder 7 thereafter. The attitude of the inclined guide 3 at the incoming side is arranged so as to provide an offset alpha of the angle against the conventional inclined guide of incoming side with a theoretical attitude ungenerating a twist and a slack on the magnetic tape T.</p> |
