MANUFACTURE OF HEAT/COLD RESERVING MATERIAL INTEGRATED PIPING SUPPORT

PURPOSE:To obtain a manufacture of a heat/cold reserving materials integrated piping support for which the manufacture is simple and the adhesive strength is improved. CONSTITUTION:A jig 1 is constituted by bonding a jig main body 3 formed by vertically dividing a cylinder into two parts on the upper surface of a prism- like block 2, and an inner peripheral surface 6 of a heat/cold reserving member 5 formed by vertically dividing the cylinder into two parts is held against the outer peripheral curved surface of this jig main body 3. A piping support 8 is fitted into a notch 9 formed on the heat/cold reserving member 5 so that the piping supporting surface 10 is turned downward, and an undiluted solution of urethane foam 11 is filled in a gap between the piping support 8 and the heat/cold reserving member 5, so as to be foamed and solidified.
