PURPOSE:To prevent an uneven distribution of temperatures inside a room from arising by a method wherein conditioned air from an air outlet and air inside the room that is sucked from one of openings are mixed up and supplied into the room from the other opening. CONSTITUTION:During cooling operation, conditioned air is supplied into a terminal unit 9 from an outlet 8 through a duct 14 and an annular duct 6 and branch ducts 7 installed in the terminal unit 9. At the same time, air inside a room 13 is sucked into the terminal unit 9 through a central opening grill 11 facing the inside of the room 13 and mixed up with the conditioned air supplied from the outlet 8. The mixed air is supplied into the room 13 through opening grills 10 and 12 and circulated through the inside of the room 13. On the other hand, during heating operation, the air inside the room 13 is sucked into the terminal unit 9 through the opening grills 10 and 12, mixed up with conditioned air supplied from the outlet 8, supplied into the room 13 through the opening grill 11 and circulated through the inside of the room 13. Thereby, an uneven distribution of temperatures inside the room hardly arises. |
