PURPOSE:To enable expectation of quick restoration and healing after operation by facilitating the excision of a gingival mucus growing on a root material buried by a 2-step method without complicating a wound. CONSTITUTION:A contact needle 8 and a rotary blade 9 are arranged and the contact needle 8 is run through a gingival mucus to be inserted through a hole 2c of a healing cap 2. Under such a condition, the rotary blade 9 can be turned centered on the contact needle 8 to excise the gingival mucus on the healing cap 2.
