PURPOSE:To clean and sterilize simply and surely the surface of a skin over a wide range. CONSTITUTION:An electrolytically activated water with a strong electric potential obtd. by incorporating a very trace amt. of electrolyte into city water and performing electrolysis of it and with an oxidation reduction potential of about +1,000mV or larger at pH of at most 2.7 is sprayed under a water flow or shower condition on the surface of a skin to flow it over a wide range of the skin to perform cleaning and sterilization. |
