PURPOSE:To facilitate the cleaning of an apparatus by conducting efficiently the premixing and dispersion processes of a compound of coating and a pigment such as ink without moving an agitation tank. CONSTITUTION:A basket 20 is fixed by connecting a rod 13 to a dispersion apparatus main body 10 which can move vertically and turn horizontally. In the main body 10, agitation blades 46 and liquid floating blades 47 are attached respectively to a agitation shaft 12 and a liquid floating shaft 46 which are driven by motors 41, 48, respectively. A part of the periphery of the basket 20 is arranged to face one side of the inner wall of an agitation tank 60, and a raw material feed part 34 is installed on the other side of the agitation tank 60 opposite to the inner wall. Raw materials fed from the feed part 34 are premixed efficiently by the blades 47 rotating under the basket and near the center of the agitation tank 60. The particles of a compound 65 are dispersed by the agitation blades rotating in the basket 20. |
