PURPOSE:To produce the subject apparatus capable of simply controlling pushing-out amount of the contents to be fed to a forming mold (giaoz) of meat dumpling by changing slide position of a slide lever for pushing out the contents packed into a receiving hole for weighing a feed lever. CONSTITUTION:The contents of meat dampling are fed from a guide hole 5 to a receiving hole 21 and a feed lever is rotated through a rack 44 and a pinion 23 by a hydraulic cylinder for rotation. The excess contents are blocked as the contents having a definite amount while changing the receiving hole from horizontal to vertical. A slide position of a slide lever 25 for pushing the contents in a receiving hole is changed by a hydraulic cylinder for slide to control strength of side pressure applied to the contents. |
