PURPOSE:To provide a safety wheel in which the contact pressure distribution of an inside ring structure is made uniform to thereby decrease the impairment or damage inside the tire and to thereby enhance the riding quality in a condition of tire puncture, as well as to provide an inside ring structure thereof. CONSTITUTION:In a wheel equipped with a pneumatic tire, an inside ring structure 5 wherein an inner ring 6 extending along the outer-peripheral surface of a rim portion thereof and an outer ring 7 located radially outwardly from the inner ring 6 are connected to each other by means of a circumferentially extending rib member 8 and a plurality of widthwise extending web members 9 and, in addition, the web member is formed by causing webs inclined with respect to the radial direction in mutually different directions to intersect each other is mounted on the wheel, to provide a safety wheel.
