HEALTH FOOD PRODUCT INCLUDING POWDER MADE FROM DEER BLOOD AND A METHOD OF MANUFACTURE THEREFOR

Powdered deer blood, preferably that of a stag, can be produced according to two similar methods. The first method comprises the steps of: - freezing deer blood; - cutting the frozen blood into slices; - freezedrying the slices; and - grinding the slices of deer blood into a powder. The second method comprises the steps of: - mixing deer blood and ethanol; - freezing the mixture of deer blood and ethanol; - freeze-drying the mixture; - heating and drying the mixture; and - grinding the product to a powder. The invention also relates to the product formed from the aforementioned methods.
