PURPOSE:To provide an antibacterial filter showing stable antibacterial and antiviral effects and hardly causing environmental pollution even when an antibacterial composite is eluted from a resin. CONSTITUTION:An antibacterial filter is constituted of a fabric, a nonwoven fabric or a combination of them composed of at least one of a filament 1 wherein an antibacterial composite 2 formed by supporting an antibacterial material on a porous granular carrier such as silica gel particles is added to a resin or a filament 1 wherein the antibacterial composite 2 is bonded to the surface of a resin. Further, after the formation of a nonwoven fabric, polarizing charging treatment is applied to the nonwoven fabric. |
