摘要 PURPOSE:To form a clad layer having good corrosion resistance and wear resistance by incorporating oxygen bubbles into a coating material mixture composed of metallic powders consisting of a chromium composite material and a binder, forming a coating film to be baked on the surface of a base material and irradiating the coating film with a laser. CONSTITUTION:The oxygen bubbles 2c of 100% purity are uniformly mixed with the pasty coating material mixture composed of the metallic powders 2a, 2b consisting of the chromium composite material and the binder 2d to film the coating film 2 to be baked. While the coating film 2 to be baked is heated and melted by a laser beam L, the laser beam L is progressed in an arrow direction to successively bake the coating film 2 to be baked. The generation of the oxidation heat by reaction of Cr grains 2a and the oxygen bubbles 2c is added to the heat input by the laser beam L and a molten pool 4 is maintained at a high temp. The binder 2d evaporates and the metal components of the base material 1 and the coating film 2 to be baked are mingled with each other and the clad layer 3 having the desired component compounding is formed.
