<p>PURPOSE:To apply high precision lead machining on a work machined part in a short period of time by facilitating maintenance of a master cam. CONSTITUTION:After lead machining of a work is carried out by a lead machine 21, a shape of the machined work is measured by a lead measuring instrument 22, an ideal value and a difference value are computed and memorized in a floppy disc 24, the difference value memorized in the floppy disc 24 is read out by a personal computer 23 and delivered to the lead machine 21, and positional correction of a cutting tool is carried out and the lead is remachined.</p> |
