<p>PURPOSE:To prevent non-fusion bonding from being heated directly by a heater, permit the retaining of the non fusion bonding surfaces in non-molten condition optimally, store molten resin in a groove to prevent the ejection of the molten resin through the connecting parts of the non-fusion bonding surfaces optimally and permit the optimum fusion bonding at all times. CONSTITUTION:In a fusion bonding thermoplastic resin body, having connecting surfaces, on which heaters H1, H2 are mounted, the connecting surface is provided with grooves 29, 37 along the end faces of the heaters H1, H2 to separate the non-fusion bonding surfaces 28, 36 of the connecting surface from the heaters H1, H2 through the grooves 29, 37.</p> |
