FLAKY SALT

摘要

PURPOSE:To obtain flaky salt enriched with calcium for food use and also suitable for massaging by using flaky salt (and/or its broken pieces) in combination with calcium lactate. CONSTITUTION:This flaky salt contains (A) 98-80wt.% (preferably 97-90wt.%) of flaky salt (and/or its broken pieces) having excellent solubility and skin- attachability and (B) 2-20wt.% (preferably 3-10wt.%) of calcium lactate. The salt is effective for food use as a calcium-enriched seasoning salt having excellent absorbability and is also useful as a massaging salt giving excellent feeling to the skin.
