摘要 PURPOSE:To inject a stable pressurized gas at an ordinary temperature to stably mold articles of the same wall thickness by a method wherein a gas injection needle can move close to a gas injection hole through an interrupting valve mechanism, and holes are so disposed as to connect to each other only when the gas injection needle moves close to the hole. CONSTITUTION:An interrupting valve mechanism consists of a valve disc 8, a valve holder 5, and a valve disc drive means. A valve hole 10 and a gas injection needle insertion hole 6 are respectively perforated in the valve disc 8 and the valve holder 5. An air flow or the like is fed to a cylinder actuating fluid conduit 18. A gas injection needle 13 moves upward so that the top thereof comes close to a hole 4. A cam 9 and the valve disc 8 are moved leftward by a cam 7 of the gas injection needle 13. At this time, the valve hole 10 and the gas injection needle insertion hole 6 positionally coincide with each other. Furthermore, the top of the gas injection needle 13 penetrates into a melt resin. After that, a gas injection valve 19 is opened, and a pressurized gas is introduced into the gas injection hole 14 through a gas conduit 17.
