TONE RESTORING APPARATUS

The apparatus comprises an analog to digital converter circuit for converting an input signal to digital form by sampling at a period satisfying a sampling rule. The output is supplied to a digital memory for storage. A read/write control circuit produces a control signal to specify a read/write address to the memory to control reading and writing in response to input address data generated from a write address generator and two read address generators. Two hold circuits latch at a period of signals read from the digital memory in response to read addresses.
