SPONGE FILLING METHOD INTO CASE

PURPOSE:To fill sponge into a hollow case without the generation of a wrinkle and peeling. CONSTITUTION:Sponge S placed on a base 1 is compressed being pushed into a molding box 3 by a first actuator 2 and then compressed from a different direction by a second actuator 4. The sponge S is then pushed upward by a third actuator 5 and enclosed into the cylindrical part 8b of an insert jig 8 set to an opening 3d. The insert jig 8 is then moved into a case C. When the insert jig 8 is pulled out of the case C in the state of pressing the sponge S by a fourth actuator 7, the sponge S is expanded and filled in the case C.
