PURPOSE:To facilitate the assembling and ensure the insulation between coils by press-fitting coil lead pins in the holes, as many as the lead wires of coils, provided in the insulating paper of the assembly of a stator, and winding and fixing each coil lead wire. CONSTITUTION:A coil wire 3 is wound through an insulator 14 around the stator core 2 attached to the covers 5 and 6 of a brushless motor with a built-in magnetic encoder. A rotor 7 is composed of a shaft 7a, a core 7b, and a magnet 7c. Coil lead pins 13, on which the winding starts and winding ends of the coil wires 3 are wound, are provided by the number of the coil wires 3. The coil lead pins 13 reach a signal processing circuit 18, piercing insulation papers 20 and 21, and connect the lead wires 3 to it. Hereby, the assemblying work can be done easily, and the lead wires between coils are fixed, and the insulation between coils is secured. |
