PURPOSE:To preferably pulverize and disperse various samples easily and efficiently without using an expensive apparatus. CONSTITUTION:Sample and carrier medium are contained in a bag 12 made of a synthetic resin and sealed. The bag is superposed and fixed on a rigid flat plate 11 in which many protrusions 15 are provided on the surface. The bag is further pressed by a roller 14 and crumbled to be thrashed, the sample in the bag is ground between the protrusions 15 of the plate 11 and the roller 14, agitated by a vigorous water flow generated when the roller 14 crumbles to thrash the bag 12, and uniformly dispersed in the carrier medium.
