PURPOSE:To restart talking immediately when redialing takes place before expiration of time by starting a timer in a base station when fault interruption takes place during talking of a mobile equipment, securing a slot ad awaiting redialing. CONSTITUTION:Upon the receipt of an interrupt request from a mobile equipment, a control section 7 discriminates whether or not a fault interrupt take place, and when the fault interruption is discriminated, a built-in timer is started and the operating time slot is secured. Then whether or not redialing is received from the mobile equipment within time expiration is discriminated. Then an identification number PS-ID from a caller mobile equipment to be received and a PS-ID of a mobile equipment interrupted in error from a storage section 8 are compared at a comparator section 9 and when they are coincident, it is discriminated to be redialing. When the control section 7 receives redialing from the mobile set interrupted in error, the secured time slot is used to connect the line. Even when the traffic is concentrated at a point of time of redialing of the mobile equipment interrupted in error, the talking is continued immediately.
